Nicely decorated and huge rooms with a massive terrace are accompanied by excellent service. The venue has particularly good setting in Usaquen district short walk to the major bus line, a good area, and the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The location of the hotel was ideal, with numerous restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets in close proximity. Additionally, the hotel provided secure parking and convenient transportation options. we were incredibly pleased with our stay.

The staff was very friendly and willing to accomodate. Very clean and spacious.

Booking reservations aparently are not looked after on weekends and so they did not pick me up @ the Airport or have my reservation in the computer.

The location is away from interest sites,like rose zona,T zone,shopping malls,bussiness areas, etc.Also is located at front of very transit highway.

This hotel is conveniently located in a nice area of town, close to businesses and a supermarket. It is also easily accessible from the airport. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff is helpful, kind, and welcoming. The breakfast provided is incredible and the beds are comfortable. The suite rooms have a nice terrace and there are plenty of activities available for guests, such as chess and snooker.

There was some construction going on, causing dust that affected our allergies.

I had stayed at the Lancaster House Hotel once before and was very impressed with their service and their facilities. This second time I stayed there I was even more impressed because their detail to attention, their customer service, and overall service had not changed, but was maybe even more attentive. The room was large, clean, quiet, and was equipped with all the things that you would expect a good hotel to have. What impressed me the most is that the hotel's staff always know your name, and are always available to help you with whatever you may need. The kitchen downstairs was very flexible as to food options. I am a vegetarian, and they were willing to make anything for me that was not on their menu. Highly recommended!

I had an overall wonderful stay at the Lancaster House. It rained the day I got there, but at the entrance of the hotel, the front door attendant ran out with an umbrella and signalled a second attendant to unload my suitcase.No negatives during this stay at all...

Pretty decent hotel.

Location isn't the greatest. It's off the highway and if they give you a room that faces the highway (as I had), it's likely that you have to deal with a whole lot of traffic noise, especially on a Friday night.
